CAS commits itself to develop the students’ communicative competence and scientific thinking; to preserve the cultural heritage; and to become an active agent of change towards development.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Provide instruction in the Arts and Sciences and develop individuals who can

-demonstrate linguistic and research competence in national and international endeavors;
