NWU celebrates its 87th Foundation Anniversary

Northwestern University opened its 87th Foundation Anniversary with its theme “New Beginnings”.

The 87th Foundation Anniversary celebration started with a Diana around the City followed by a Worship and Opening Program at the Student Center. Mr. Karl Lenin Benigno together with the Saguday Performing Arts and the Tambureros gracefully performed Opening Salvo titled “Baro nga Aldaw”.

Atty. Ferdinand S. Nicolas, president of Northwestern University, delivered his inspirational speech and talked about the legacy of Northwestern University. He introduced the founders of the University and encouraged the Northwesternians to create their own legacy.
