Wincy represents NWU and wins 4th runner-up in Miss Laoag City Pamulinawen 2019

Representing Northwestern University, Wincy Lord Mie Taguinod, BS in Tourism Management student, was crowned 4th Runner-up during the Grand Coronation Night of Miss Laoag City Pamulinawen 2019 held last Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Laoag City Multi-Purpose Center.

Association of Barangay Council’s bet Keisha Baldonado won the title, followed by Justine Paula Agustin of Autobee (1st runner-up), Moirah Shaina Colobong of Ilocos Norte National High School (2nd runner-up), and Lucky Charm Ace of Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trades (3rd runner-up).

Prior to her Miss Laoag City Pamulinawen victory, Wincy represented the Senior High School Department during the Mr. and Miss Northwestern University pageant in 2017, and was crowned Miss COBE 1st runner-up in 2018.
