  • Dr. Charliemane Bullalayao is the new Northwestern University VPAA

    University President Ferdinand S. Nicolas officially announced the appointment of Dr. Charliemane A. Bullalayao, as the new Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) of Northwestern University, during the Flag Ceremony this morning. Dr. Bullalayao succeeded Dr. Gregoria Najorda who served as the VPAA for more than two years.
